Prohibited Uses

  • Employment-Related Decisions You may not use PropertyChecker to evaluate individuals for employment, promotion, or retention. PropertyChecker is not a Consumer Reporting Agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
  • Tenant or Housing Screening PropertyChecker data cannot be used to assess individuals for rental housing decisions. This includes screening, leasing, or eviction-related judgments.
